REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for store credit only. We do not offer monetary refunds.
RETURN WINDOW
Return requests must be made within 10 calendar days from the delivery date shown in the tracking information.
Items must be shipped back within 10 days after the return request is approved.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Do not send returns to the address on your package. Contact us first to receive the correct return address.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for store credit, items must:
• Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, or damage
• Not be washed, altered, or stretched
• Be returned in original packaging
• Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (FINAL SALE)
The following items cannot be returned:
• Underwear, bodysuits, seamless items,
•Brasieres, Bragas.
•girdles seamless , stretch garments
• Swimwear and hosiery
• Jewelry and accessories
• Beauty products, perfumes, creams
• White or pastel items
• Formal dresses
• Sale or discounted items
• One-size items
• Gift cards
• One size items
SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders that qualify for free shipping may have shipping costs deducted from the store credit.
STORE CREDIT
Approved returns will receive store credit only.
Store credit does not expire and can be used at www.pattygmodalatina.com.
PROCESSING TIME
•Returns are processed within 10–15 business days after delivery to our warehouse.(Please remember to contact us before initiating a return).
•During peak seasons, processing may take up to 25 business days.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• We do not cancel orders once placed
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service
• We are not responsible for returns sent without tracking
• Items with signs of wear will be rejected
• Only (1) one exchange per garment is allowed. No exceptions.
• Do not use the nickname, or the package may be returned for not matching the recipien.
Tracking Required:
Store credit will only be issued once tracking confirms delivery of your return. No exceptions.
Returns must include name, order number, and email inside the package
If we do not receive this information inside your package, it may cause a delay in issuing your credit as it takes more time to locate the order.
Disclaimer:
We are not responsible for allergic reactions or health issues related to product use.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee applies to orders refused at delivery.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are delivered digitally by email and are non-refundable.
ADDITIONAL RETURN INFORMATION
Installment Payments (ShopPay / ZIP):
If your return is approved, you will receive store credit. You must continue making your installment payments with ShopPay or ZIP. They do not refund installments.
