Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date the tracking shows the order was delivered. All items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the return request being submitted to be eligible for a Store Credit, no refunds are given.

Exchange Policy
Return requests must be made within 7 days from the date the tracking shows the order was delivered. All items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the return request being submitted to be eligible for a Store Credit, no refunds are given.
For split package orders, the return period begins from the date and time of the final package delivery.
If 7 days have gone by the date of delivery stated in the tracking information, unfortunately we can't offer you store credit.
At Patty G Moda Latina, we carefully inspect all items before shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition. Returns will be checked for any signs of wear, damage, or odors like smoke. If the item is not in its original condition, no store credit will be issued. Store credits are redeemable only at www.pattygmodalatina.com
NOTE : Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return Address and will affect the processing of your return. After you contact our customer service team you will be provided with the correct return address via email.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ITEM YOU SEND US AS A RETURN, WITHOUT HAVING FIRST CONTACTED OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY EMAIL.The Shipping and handling cost of any item returned without justification will not receive store credit.

Please note that no exceptions will be made.
NOTE : keep in mind that some garments are considered “FINAL SALE” (Brasieres, Bragas and some of our girdles), please contact our customer service team for more information. These products do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS
Eligibility For Return:

The items must have the tags intact and original packaging, Your Item must be in the same condition in which we sent it to you (no cuts, loose threads, clean, etc.). The garment must be new and must not have been used.

Original tags , including The Boutique tags must be attached. We will not honor your return with the tags unattached.

Items cannot have been washed.

Size cannot have been altered, shrunk or stretched out: In short, Items must be eligible for resale.

Garments that are: worn , stained , torn or damaged are not accepted

Items returned with obvious wear stains, makeup, pet hair, deodorant, odors and damage.perfume, or similar products may be subject to rejection.

Items labeled as "one size" are not eligible for exchanges.

Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Shoes must be repacked in their shoebox (es) and placed in a protective box.

Only (1) one exchange per garment is allowed.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our criteria, including items showing signs of wear.

Items with Manufacturing Defects* qualify for the store credit.In case you receive a damaged or defective product , or mistakenly receive a different product , please contact us immediately.
SHOPPAY INSTALLMENTS / ZIP-PAY (FORMERLY QUADPAY) RETURNS:
If your return is approved according to our return policy guidelines, you are still required to complete your agreement/installments with ZIP or SHOPPAY. ZIP or SHOPPAY will not refund any portion of your installments for returns made with us. A full store credit for the returned item(s) will be issued immediately once your return is processed. However, you must continue making full payments on your agreed installments with QuadPay to maintain good standing with them.
WHEN MAKING AN RETURN :After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.

If we do not receive this information inside your package, it can cause a delay in issuing your credit as it takes more time to locate the order.
Do not use the nickname or the package may be returned to send for not matching the recipient.
Drop off your package at the local post office.
If you are shipping an item over $79, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our warehouse team. The credit store process will begin once the warehouse confirms the item's arrival and condition.
Please Retain Your Return Package Tracking: We will only issue store credit if the customer provides tracking information that confirms delivery to our address. Unfortunately, we’ve had instances where customers claim to have returned items without any proof. To ensure smooth processing, we require a tracking number as evidence of delivery—no exceptions.

A 15 % restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery.
EXCHANGES
At Patty G Moda Latina We’re always updating our collection with new merchandise, but in limited quantities. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or hold items. If you wish to return a product, simply follow our standard return process. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue store credit that can be used towards a different size or any other item of your choice.
CREDIT PROCESSING
We aim to process returns quickly and efficiently so you can use your credit towards another amazing outfit!Once your returned package arrives at our facility, we will inspect it and notify you via email that it has been received. We will also inform you whether your return has been approved or denied. Please allow 10-15 business days for your store credit to be processed, though it’s often done sooner. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 25 business days. Once your return is complete, you'll receive a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email, covering the original purchase price and any applicable taxes.

We remind our customers that some of our products are considered intimate garments. The company has high quality standards that give the possibility of accepting or not garments that do not comply with the exchange policies due to hygiene or care conditions.
THERE ARE NO MONETARY REFUNDS,A STORE CREDIT will be issued This applies only to purchases in our online store.
We are not responsible for health issues such as allergies caused by the use of any of our items
CANCELLATIONS
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be canceled after they are placed.

Important Notice: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee will apply to any orders refused at delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address. Additionally, customers will be responsible for any redelivery charges. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses or if USPS is unable to leave the package in a secure location.

High-Value Gift Cards
Gift cards may be used for personal or business gifting. If you request gift cards exceeding $200.00 in value, approval for large-quantity purchases is at the sole discretion of Patty G Moda Latina.
Digital Delivery Only: All gift cards are electronic and will be delivered via email. No physical card will be mailed.

Redemption: Gift cards can only be used on our online store and applied to any available products.

No Additional Fees: There are no extra processing fees when purchasing or using a gift card.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.

Consolidation
You may not consolidate or combine multiple gift cards to purchase a new one. We do not merge or combine gift cards into a single balance.
Liability
The balance of any gift card is the sole responsibility of SP & G Services LLC, as applicable.
Disputes, Arbitration, and Applicable Law Any disputes arising from purchases or use of our services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By using our website, you agree to resolve any claims through binding arbitration, waiving the right to a jury trial.
Legal Compliance
By purchasing or holding a gift card, you certify and agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions. You also agree not to use the gift card in any way that is misleading, unfair, or harmful to consumers or Patty G Moda Latina.
Liability
The balance of any gift card is the sole responsibility of SP & G Services LLC, as applicable.
Cash redemption of gift cards is only required by law when the remaining balance falls below a certain amount in the following jurisdictions: CA, CO, CT, HI, MA, ME, MO, NJ, NY, OR, PR, RI, VT, WA.
Prohibited and Unauthorized Use
You agree not to use a gift card in any manner that is detrimental to Patty G Moda Latina or its customers, including but not limited to:

Selling or exchanging a gift card for cash.

Purchasing a gift card from an unauthorized third party.

Using a gift card for commercial payment purposes.

Using a gift card to purchase ineligible goods and services.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards & Unauthorized Use
Patty G Moda Latina does not replace lost or stolen gift cards. We are not responsible for:

Gift cards used by third parties through your account.

Any unauthorized disclosure of gift card information.
You are solely responsible for securing your gift card details and any transactions made with your gift card.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Patty G Moda Latina, its subsidiaries, and affiliates from any claims, expenses, or liabilities arising from your use of gift cards or any violations of these Terms & Conditions.
