SHIPPING POLICY

How  much is the shipping ?

We offer Domestic Standard Shipping on all orders throughout the United States, including Puerto Rico.

Please note: Shipping promotions may vary during sales and will be automatically updated at checkout.

*Items marked as "Pre-Order" are clearly indicated in each product description.

*Products not marked as "Pre-Order" are in stock and ready for immediate shipment.

Shipping will be based on the estimated delivery time specified in our shipping table.

About Delivery Time:

NOTE : (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods, and any unforeseen circumstances.

All our shipments use standard shipping; we do not offer express shipping.

We hope to offer international shipping soon, but currently only ship domestically (within the U.S.).

Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 12 PM (EDT) will start processing the same day.

Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the state and city of the destination. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

We do not deliver To commercial destinations on the standard delivery service

Pre-orders are a great way to purchase the PATTY G MODA LATINA clothing you want without worrying about out-of-stock items.

Shipping may be delayed during holidays, weekends, sales, or due to high order volumes and unforeseen events.

Payment and Shipping for Pre-Orders:

      Combined Orders (Stock + Pre-Order)

💳Payment is due at checkout, unless you're using our installment plan!

📦 If you combine preorder and in-stock items, they may ship separately based on each item's delivery schedule.

💳You’ll still pay shipping only once.

🕐 You’ll receive tracking updates for each shipment!

🕐Pre-orders and in-stock items can only be canceled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified and falls under our standard return policy (for store credit only).

Processing Times and Tracking
Customers will receive tracking details via email once the shipping label is created.
Tracking details are not available immediately after purchase.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 1–2 business days (or 48 hours) for the tracking information to become active.

Products will only be delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Responsibility

Patty G Moda Latina provides tracking, but is only responsible for the order until it's delivered to the carrier. For any lost, damaged, or delayed packages, we recommend contacting the United States Postal Service (USPS) or the shipping carrier responsible for your delivery to report the issue. We recommend shipping protection.

While we will do our best to assist you, PATTY G MODA LATINA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after being delivered to your doorstep or mailbox.

Addresses and Delivery

The customer must send and verify the corresponding shipping address. If a refund is incurred by a mistake in the data provided, the user must bear the cost of return to the address.

Incorrect/Incomplete Address: PATTY G MODA LATINA is not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address provided by the customer (this includes wrong or missing apt/house #, wrong street, etc.). Please  take your time and make sure you provide all the correct information.

Delivery Attempt: If the customer is not at their residence at the time of delivery, the carrier will deliver the order to people present at the moment or in the corresponding mailbox.

PATTY G MODA LATINA is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders. If you register an address other than yours (such as a relative's or work address), enter the information correctly. We are not responsible for whoever receives the order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

The carrier is free to make 1 or up to 3 delivery attempts. If there is no one available to receive and sign for it, the package will be taken to an access point (Access Point or Post Office) for collection.
If the package is not claimed, it will be returned to our warehouse, and you will have to pay shipping costs for a new delivery.

Forwarding Services
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES, regardless of the shipping service selected. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.

 Order Modifications
Address Changes for Orders in Transit: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier (USPS or the designated delivery service) to request any address changes. Please note that the carrier may charge an additional fee for this service. Patty G Moda Latina is not responsible for address changes once the order is in transit.

  REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
